Responsible gambling
Gambling is paid entertainment, never a way to make money. If it has stopped being fun, free and confidential help is available.

Warning signs
Gambling with money meant for essentials. Chasing losses with bigger bets. Lying about how much you play. Feeling anxious when you try to stop. Borrowing to keep playing.
Self-control tools
Coljuegos-licensed operators must offer deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion. Set them up on day one, with a clear head.
Self-exclusion is requested at each operator from your profile. Colombia has no single self-exclusion register covering every site, so if you want to stop, request it on every account you hold.
Protect minors
Gambling is prohibited for anyone under 18. Log out when you finish, don’t save passwords on shared devices and turn on parental controls.
If you live with a gambler
Protect the household finances first, avoid lending money for gambling and seek support: the resources on this page also help family members.
